Shipping policy
Ground shipping is available for all orders that do not include customizations. Normal delivery times (non-holiday season) mean packages typically arrive within 8 - 10 days. For expedited delivery, flat rates (based upon the service speed selected in the shopping cart at time of checkout) are offered on all orders. If an order is received after 2pm Pacific Time it will be processed the next business day. Customers bear the cost of shipping for returns. Omnibron bears the cost of shipping for warranty claims on damaged items.
