A Fozzy Football defender is placed on the green grass part of the field to make it more difficult for an opponent to successfully obtain a target. All game sets come with 3 defenders per side (6 in total). Up to four defenders can be used on either side, home or visitor, during game play for a Championship-Level of difficulty.
The defenders can also be purchased to replace missing or broken defenders that are either lost or on the disabled list.
We have updated the design of the defenders - they are no longer action figures. The new design includes a Fozzy Football coin top which is a sleek, handsome and more resilient game piece.
